Pilates Equipment: Using spring resistance on the STOTT PILATES® Equipment, these classes will bring you to the next level to further improve core stability, strength, flexibility and balance. Groups are limited to 4 people, call us to reserve your spot. Private orientation sessions are required prior to participation in equipment classes.
Essential: recommended for clients who are new to pilates or who like to move at a slower pace.
All Levels: recommended for clients who have done pilates before or those who are generally active.
Intermediate/Advanced: recommended for clients who have been taking pilates equipment for some time and are familiar with the principles.
Springboard Class: This comprehensive workout will utilize Wall Springs, Stability balls, toning balls, fitness rings and therabands to provide strengthening and flexibility to your arms, legs, abdominal muscles and core muscles.
